Depending on your point of view, having a floor that is not permanent can be a plus or a minus. These floors do have a life expectancy so, maybe it is a negative that unlike real wood you can expect to replace the floor down the line. On the other hand, if you enjoy changing the look of your home once in a while, it is great that the floor is easily removed and changed to another design. Ceramic flooring is very hard to remove. If you decide to use a ceramic looking laminate, it's much easier to remodel. |
