Q: Do you provide free measurement services?
A: Yes. CarpetsPlus of Wisconsin will provide free in-home measurement. We encourage customers to make measurement one of their first steps, and will come to measure in-home at any time – up to year before purchase in some cases.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: There is never a delivery fee for flooring that we install. If you’re handling installation, there is a delivery fee, based on order size and delivery distance.
Q: How long will I have to wait for installation?
A: If your flooring is in stock, we can often install in less than a week. If we need to order your flooring, You can usually expect installation within 2 weeks.
Q: Is everything in your showroom typically in stock?
A: Our most popular floors are typically in-stock or very quickly available. Other products are ordered as needed to meet your specific need and can typically be installed within 2 weeks.
Q: If I find a lower price somewhere else before buying, will you match it?
A: Yes. CarpetsPlus will always beat the best total price offered by our competitors.
Q: Who do I call if I should have a problem with installation?
A: Please call us. Our installers work for CarpetsPlus. We are fully responsible for making sure your installation meets all of your expectations.
Q: Do I have to remove all of the furniture from the room before your installers arrive?
A: Rooms do need to be clear of furniture to install flooring. We can move most furniture if needed for a small fee.
