" I just wanted to commend the work of your subcontractors. They deserve a big pat on the back. They were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated their concern over very small details and their making sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the job.

After a very long day of installing they helped me move a few pieces of furniture back in the living room - they even moved our very large Christmas tree back in and adjusted it to make sure they had it facing the right way! At a time when it seems that "service" is becoming a foreign concept, these two seemed pleased to offer it; they would not even take a tip.

Just want to let everyone know how happy I am with my experience of buying and installing my new hardwood floors. Everyone was so very patient with me (I know I take awhile when making a decision!).

Everyone was so helpful. The salesman was great educating me on my different options from laminate to engineered wood to solid hardwood. Yet he was never pushy. When I finally decided on the solid hardwood hard maple, he walked me through every step. The two men whom did the installation were incredible, very pleasant and did an awesome job. The man whom delivered my wood was very helpful, moving some furniture for me.

Now that the floors are in, I can't describe how happy I am. Everyone that comes over comments on how beautiful my floors are and what a good installation job was done.

I recently had several flooring projects completed by Carpets Plus in Plover. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aaron Karnatz. From the first time I walked into the store to the completion of the final project your salesman had a smile on his face. He was outgoing, thorough and professional.

Most projects have a some complications. Mine did have a few minor ones but they were handled efficiently and without complaint. The excellent abilities of your employees are a huge reflection of your business' reputation. Aaron is to be commended.

There was one tile that we felt stuck up a bit and he redid it….and I know there was way more prep work than I think he expected…..really excellent care. Please make sure to let Jeff know just how great he was….he cleaned EVERYTHING and just really couldn’t have asked for more…..
