Isthmus Publishing had a rather difficult two-floor carpet installation project. The installers showed up on time and had a professional, yet fun demeanor and they were extremely efficient in their work. I was surprised by the lack of dust created by pulling the existing carpet; they really knew how to minimize a mess.

In addition, they coordinated their work to accommodate the movers, who removed and then re-installed desk units as existing carpet was pulled and new carpet installed. They worked diligently and with such speed that they eliminated days of work. I can't say enough
about the professional attention we received. I will highly recommend Carpets Plus of Wisconsin to my colleagues and friends.

We want to express to our thanks to you for the wonderful service you have given us over the past year as we have tried to decide what we wanted to do to replace the carpeting in our home. You were always patient and cheerful whenever I would come in for another sample of carpeting or wood, and you tried to accommodate our schedule in the laying of the flooring, made difficult because of our unusually frequent trips out of town this year.

We are very happy with the carpet in the bedrooms and stairway, and found the young men who did the installing considerate, friendly and competent. And we are delighted with the African cedar floor in the living room, dining room, kitchen, entry and hallway. It is absolutely beautiful.

I've been carrying your business card around all year meaning to write and express our thanks for the Dupont Stainmaster carpet your firm supplied last spring. It's almost New Year's and time to settle accounts.

So here's our thanks to you and the fellows who laid the carpet. If you recall we ordered a rose pattern for our living room, attached dining room, attached stairs, and upstairs hall. The splice in the living room didn't match.

You came out and agreed, ordered a new length of carpet, and installed it. It does match, and we're pleased with it. In fact, our dog has tested it, and passed with carpet cleaner.

We believe you folks were helpful, honest to your word, and do good work. It's a joy to find a firm that stands by its product and makes a job right.

Just a quick note of thanks for all of the help you provided us with on our kitchen project. The ceramic tiles used in our backsplash coordinate well with the new counter top and the old floor. The tiles add to the Victorian era design of the new kitchen in our antique home from 1888.

Thank you for quickly ordering the extra tiles when we ran short. We especially want to thank you for finding a new installer at the last minute. Your quick action helped get the job finished in time for the 2005 Mazomanie Historic Home and Garden Tour.

Just a note to let you know we are pleased with our carpeting. We particularly want to thank you for how fast it was to order and get the carpeting installed. We would also appreciate it if you let your installer know we appreciated his courteous service.

The installer was prompt, professional and focused on doing a good job efficiently. He showed up at the promised time, wasted no time in getting at the job, was careful not to scuff the freshly painted walls, and finished the job within the time he estimated it would take. I was able to go to work earlier than planned (I don't know if that's good or bad - I wouldn't have mind having a little more time in the house before going to work.)
