I want you to know what a good experience I've had with my recent purchase of laminate flooring from your store. The experience is to the credit of your sales representative.

He was very easy to deal with during the selection of the best flooring for my home. He was also very patient with me when I was not satisfied witht he finished work of the installation. He stuck with me until I was satisfied, completing some of the final work himself.

This was a replacement of only part of the flooring in my home. When I decide to replace the rest of the main level and also the lower level, I will return to your store and have you guide me through the selection and installation process.
