Just want to let everyone know how happy I am with my experience of buying and installing my new hardwood floors. Everyone was so very patient with me (I know I take awhile when making a decision!).

Everyone was so helpful. The salesman was great educating me on my different options from laminate to engineered wood to solid hardwood. Yet he was never pushy. When I finally decided on the solid hardwood hard maple, he walked me through every step. The two men whom did the installation were incredible, very pleasant and did an awesome job. The man whom delivered my wood was very helpful, moving some furniture for me.

Now that the floors are in, I can't describe how happy I am. Everyone that comes over comments on how beautiful my floors are and what a good installation job was done.

Thank you for the wonderful job you and CarpetsPlus did for me. Two other carpet companies had told me I couldn't have the carpet installed on the stairway the way I wanted it. You took the time to find someone to install the stairway carpet the way I wanted it installed. Those installers are tops! They are very personable and accommodating.

THANKS so much for all the effort getting carpeting installed on time in Nicole's and Roger's office. I know it was a little stressful at one point, but you guys came thru with flying colors. After seeing how dynamic the carpet looked with the burgundy border, the decision was made to implement it throughout the reception and waiting area. Again, thanks for adjusting schedules and getting additional border product in house (in a very timely manner) to accommodate this late in the ballgame decision change. When I walked into CarpetsPlus I was helped and advised very well - at the time of measuring - I was well informed what I was to do and what I could expect from CarpetsPlus. I was told what I'd pay and when the work would be done - everything went on schedule.

I couldn't believe the gentlemen that laid the vinyl were so efficient and helpful. I enjoyed them very much - they were more like friends than service people. The next day the gentlemen came to lay the carpet - they were also cautious and friendly.

I can't say enough about everyone I came in contact with at CarpetsPlus - I will certainly recommend CarpetsPlus to anyone thinking of new flooring.
